1. Legal Agreement & Operating Entity

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FRAMINGS.AI ("Service"), operated by Norm Flow LLC("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company incorporated in the State of California, United States.

By creating an account, accessing, or using FRAMINGS.AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law rules.

2. Description of Multimodal Aggregation Platform

FRAMINGS.AI operates as an advanced cloud-based multimodal AI aggregation platform. The Service connects users to foundational generative artificial intelligence engines for image generation, 8K upscaling, text-to-video rendering, lip-synchronization, text-to-speech synthesis, and music/sound effect generation.

The Service compiles requests and dispatches processing jobs to underlying third-party foundational model providers. Norm Flow LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service or static model configurations as third-party providers dynamically update their APIs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights, Third-Party Trademarks & Commercial Licensing

Norm Flow LLC Ownership: All custom code, software architecture, UI design tokens, brand trademarks, logos, and vector assets of FRAMINGS.AI remain the exclusive property of Norm Flow LLC.

Third-Party Model Trademarks: All third-party foundational model names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Service (including Flux, Kling, Google Veo, Seedream, Seedance, MiniMax, Wan, ElevenLabs, Stable Audio, and LivePortrait) are the property of their respective owners. FRAMINGS.AI operates as an independent aggregation platform and is not directly affiliated with or endorsed by these third-party providers.

Free Tier Usage Rights: Assets generated under the Free Trial (500 starter credits valid for 14 days) or Free Tier plan are licensed strictly for Non-Commercial Personal Use. You may not sell, monetize, distribute for profit, or license outputs generated under the Free Tier. Free Tier outputs may include mandatory visual watermarks.

Paid Plan Commercial Usage Rights: Users subscribed to Base ($19/mo), Creator Pro ($49/mo), or Studio Ultra ($94/mo) plans retain Full Commercial Ownership Rights to all text prompts and generated output assets (images, videos, audio tracks), subject to the acceptable use licenses of the underlying foundational engines. Norm Flow LLC claims no copyright ownership or royalty rights over outputs generated on paid tiers.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & DMCA Copyright Policy

California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) Disclosure: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly or annual billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time in 1 click inside Settings → Manage Subscription.

DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512): Norm Flow LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any content processed through FRAMINGS.AI infringes your copyright, please send a formal DMCA notice containing the statutory requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our Designated Copyright Agent at hi@framings.ai.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Artificial Intelligence Unpredictability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Artificial Intelligence is an inherently evolving and non-deterministic technology. Outputs generated by foundational AI models may occasionally contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, unexpected text renderings, or unaligned audio. Norm Flow LLC assumes no liability for the accuracy, factual reliability, legal compliance, or suitability of generated assets for production or public release.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CALIFORNIA LAW, NORM FLOW LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR THIRD-PARTY API SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
