1. Data Collected
Norm Flow LLC ("we", "us", "our") respects your personal privacy. When using FRAMINGS.AI, we collect the following categories of information:
- Authentication Profile Data: Email addresses, display names, and profile avatars collected via Google or GitHub OAuth SSO providers.
- Billing Information: Payment card details, billing address, and transaction histories processed securely by Stripe. Norm Flow LLC does not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage Data & Prompts: Text prompts, source media uploads (PNG/JPG/MP4/MP3), tool execution state parameters, and generation outcome histories.
2. Strict No-Model-Training Guarantee
Default Policy: Norm Flow LLC DOES NOT use your private text prompts, uploaded source media, or generated assets to train foundational AI models. Your creative intellectual property remains isolated to your studio workspace.
Users may explicitly toggle the "Model Improvement Opt-In" setting inside their Settings panel if they wish to voluntarily contribute anonymized prompts to experimental research models.
3. CCPA / CPRA & Your California Privacy Choices (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and applicable international data protection laws (including GDPR), users have specific statutory rights:
- Right to Know & Data Portability: Request disclosure or download an archive of personal information collected over the preceding 12 months directly via the "Export My Data" button in Settings.
- Right to Delete: Request permanent deletion of personal data via the "Delete Account" action in Settings or by contacting hi@framings.ai.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing & AI Training: Norm Flow LLC NEVER sells or rents personal user data to third-party data brokers or ad networks, and defaults to Strict No-Model-Training. You can manage your "Model Improvement Opt-In" preference at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy.
