Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Zero Tolerance Prohibitions

Norm Flow LLC enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal, harmful, or abusive uses of FRAMINGS.AI. You are strictly prohibited from generating, processing, or transmitting content that falls into any of the following categories:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any imagery, prompts, or media involving child exploitation or endangerment.
• Non-Consensual Sexual Imagery (NCII) / Deepfakes: Generating sexually explicit, intimate, or defamatory renderings of real persons without written consent.
• NSFW & Sexually Explicit Media: Generating explicit pornography, gore, or graphic sexual abuse content.
• Violence & Terrorism: Incitement to real-world violence, terrorist propaganda, mass casualty glorification, or self-harm promotion.
• Hate Speech: Content inciting discrimination, harassment, or dehumanization based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.

2. Misinformation & Fraud Prohibitions

Users may not use FRAMINGS.AI to conduct fraudulent activities, interfere with democratic processes, or deceive the public:

• Impersonation: Generating voice clones or video lip-syncs of public officials, political candidates, or corporate officers to deceive or defraud.
• Election Interference: Creating deceptive campaign media intended to suppress voting or spread synthetic disinformation.
• Fraudulent Schemes: Generating synthetic identity credentials, fake legal documents, or phishing assets.

3. Immediate Account Termination & Forfeiture

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without prior warning. All accrued subscription benefits and credit balances will be permanently forfeited. Severe legal violations will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
