Refund Policy

1. GPU Infrastructure & Credit Processing Model

FRAMINGS.AI operates on a prepaid Credit Allocation System. Executing AI generation requests (image synthesis, 8K upscaling, video rendering, voice cloning) triggers real-time high-performance GPU cluster computations and third-party API processing costs.

Because these compute expenses are incurred immediately upon job submission, all subscription plan charges, upgrade payments, and Add-On Credit purchases are strictly non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Automatic Renewal Terms

• Monthly & Annual Subscriptions: Subscription renewals (Base at $19/mo, Creator Pro at $49/mo, Studio Ultra at $94/mo, or 20%-discounted annual billing cycles) are charged automatically at the start of each billing period. Under the California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) and FTC ROSCA, you may cancel your subscription at any time in 1 click via Settings → Manage Subscription to prevent future charges; however, current billing cycle charges are non-refundable.
• Add-On Credit Packs: Purchased credit top-up packs ($15 for 1,000 credits, $50 for 5,000 credits, and $90 for 10,000 credits) are non-refundable once allocated to your workspace.
• Used & Expired Credits: Credits consumed during execution jobs cannot be refunded or restored, regardless of generation aesthetic satisfaction. However, if an upstream provider error or cluster timeout causes a job to fail before completion, credits for that failed job are automatically restored to your balance.

3. Credit Expiration Terms

Free Trial Credits: New accounts receive 500 complimentary starter credits upon registration. Free Trial credits expire 14 days after registration and carry no monetary value.

Monthly & Annual Plan Credits: Subscription credits (2,000 on Base, 5,000 on Creator Pro, 10,000 on Studio Ultra per month) reset every 30 days and do not roll over to subsequent months.

Add-On Credit Packs: Purchased Add-On credits never expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
